Matching an amp with my Assasins
So if I'm reading correctly if I buy a mono amp I'll need to hook up my 2 subs in parallel (SVC 4 ohms). AA recommends 300 W to each sub. This profile amp is RMS 500 x1 @ 2 ohms. So does that mean that each speaker gets 250 W or what? How does the amp disperse the power to the subs?

Re: Matching an amp with my Assasins
I am thinking it does get split. But don't use only my knowledge. Wait till some other people chime in.

Re: Matching an amp with my Assasins
Yep it means that each sub would then get 250 Watts. The amp should disperse the power evenly to both subs as long as they both have the same impedance(Which obviously they should if they are the same sub).
