1997 Corolla Rear Door Panel

Hi,

On this Corolla, the right rear window makes a squeak when it it rolled down. I want to take the door panel off and find/fix the squeak. I am looking for some tips for removing the door panel. I don't quite understand the clips and how they attach the panel. I'd appreciate any help.
