Where is the oil sending unit located on my sebring lx 2001?

Above and to the left of the oil filter. Its under a heat shield thats held on by 3 bolts. You can change it yourself if up on jacks or ramps or lift, If your handy and patient. The 3 bolts are about 3/4 inch long and tight all the way out. I just replaced one, took about 2.5 hours.
