Re: dual exhaust..

Dual exhaust on a N/T would not only be pointless, but would add a lot of weight to an already slow car. It will lower performance and gas mileage. Your just not flowing enough air to make it worthwhile, whereas a turbo car could actually take advantage of it to an extent.

Re: dual exhaust..

yes i know, but as you can tell, i do not care for the speed and quickness of my car, i just want to help the look, because im considering selling it, and my back blitz bumper with a single exhaust looks outright ridiculous, and i just wanna make it look a little better with the extra cash i have..thats all, so would a dual exhaust be considerably easy to install?

Re: dual exhaust..

You will probably need to make some brackets for it to attach to on the passenger side. I think it would be a custom thing but you might be able to find a kit. If you do make it make sure it splits from the middle of the car because otherwise at idle it will only come out one pipe and that would be gay.

Re: dual exhaust..

It would cost more to make a dual and get it hung then you will make back for it. Dont waste your time if you are just going to sell the car.

Re: dual exhaust..

I like the look of dual exhausts If our cars supported them I would get one.
I wouldn't pay more for a car that had one though. If ur selling it i would start taking off parts and seeing if you can tsell them not add more.

Dual exhausts are good on the right car. An eclipse is not one of them.

A v8 has a reason for having duals it has two exhaust manifolds.
