Question Spastic seatbelt light - 94 Protege

My seatbelt light comes on & off at random times. I'm pretty sure its a short or lose wire. It seems like it mainly happens when I go over a bump, accelerate, or turn. However, it does come on sometimes while I'm riding smoothly down the highway. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to troubleshoot. I not sure of where to look for the connection (close to the fuse box, under the seat near the seat belt connector...???)
