Newb Question
Ok...I've been modeling since I was a kid, but recently I started to take care in painting and sanding and making my models more custom. I keep hearing people say "wet sand, dry sand". What is the difference between the two?

Wet sanding basically means that you use wet sandpaper to sand with. I usually use warm water.
You have a cool car btw.
