Sorry Can't help you on the reg.

but you weren't by any chance in bklyn and exited on Bay Parkway a couple of night ago? I had a friend who saw a skyline, but wasn' sure if it was a R32 or R33.

Maybe we'll meet up one day when mine finishes EPA.

Re: New R33 in town (Little advice please)

Kit car registration is going to vary from state to state... Some will let it fly, some won't.

I know for a fact that in Cali and Washington state, the DMV bounces the VIN off the DOT database to verify legal importation. Kit car Skylines won't fly in those states.

I have heard of kit car Skylines being titled and registered in Arizona, Texas, and Michigan. Not sure about New York,(your state I assume) although I've heard of Skylines existing there.

Best bet would be to research the Skyline forums; Fresh Alloy, Skylines Downunder, etc. and try to network to contact a fellow New York owner for more info.

Good Luck.

Good luck, let me know when the car comes out. Mine came in on Friday night and she feels good, had her out on a dealer plate this weekend.

You just got your's from Troby right? If it was, I was reading about it on njdsm. Good luck with it. I'll be at hot imports in Shea Stadium, if all the parts come in on time

You can get those plates made custom. I saw an ad for them in Import Tuner.
