Frontier ring & pinion

I have a 2002 Frontier Crew Cab XE 3.3 litre with the 5 speed manual trans. can anyone tell me what ratio the ring and pinion would be, or tell me how to find out. I would like to install a higher gear ratio to hopefully help out the gas milage.

would a third member out of a xterra bolt right in?
