Door won't open from inside

Anyone have this problem before? The left rear pass. door won't open from the inside, but will from the outside.

Did you check the child safety lock thingee?

Yep, they should be near the latch mechanism on the door.

also spay the latch, mine did the same thing, also was a little hard to open the outside, good spraying took care of it
