Re: headlight problems

there is sealant between the lens itself and the reflector part of the headlamp assembly that can leak if there isn't an obvious crack or hole in the lens. There are two screw adjusters, one for up and down adjustment and one for left and right adjustment on the back of the headlight assembly. Without special tools, headlamp aiming is trial and error, but not difficult.

Re: headlight problems

The sealant/epoxy/glue/whatever GM uses are known to breakdown between the lens and the headlight housing therefore allowing moisture to enter into the housing. It's happened to me and I found some replacements on e-Bay for a reasonable price. However, if the headlight is used, be careful and ask the seller questions regarding the sealant to be sure it's not leaking also.
