where to buy OEM parts

Where do I go to buy OEM parts for honda? Will the service department at my honda dealer sell them to me?

I couldnt agree more, the dealer often charges double of what you find at Hparts.com

hondaautomotiveparts.com is probably the nations largest honda parts warehouse. they have multiple honda authorized dealerships i belive in mass. or conn.

me and many other people have ordered things from them on multiple occasions. if by some chance they were to screw you all you would have to do is call american honda since they are a dealership. so to answer you they are legit, very legit.

hparts.com is also another good site but unlike the previous i do not think they are an authorized honda dealer although i could be wrong. i know plenty of people from preludeonline.com got thier OEM underbody kits and other accessories from them so they have a good track record.

another place to consider is HandAaccessories.com. they are an actual honda dealership based in california so they are legit too. thats where i got my OEM kit from for 800$ when every dealership sold them for 1200$

I have purchased OEM floor mats and other Genuine Honda parts from Handa-accessories.com
They offer competitive prices, and are 100% Authorized Honda Dealer.
I haven't tried the other ones personally, however they DO seem legit. But if you compare prices, I think you're better off with HandA. Also try Collegehillshonda.com
I have purchased from them, and they have pretty good deals.

Thank for the replies guys. I have a 1995 accord v6 and want OEM replacement pads for the front brake. I browsed http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and it came up with

102498 008 1 PAD SET, FR. (17CL-15YN, NS134H) NO COLOR 47.73 35.79

102499 008 1 PAD SET, FR. (17CL-15VN) NO COLOR 47.73 35.79

What is the different between the two? Which one should I get?

I have ordered from Hparts.com on numerous occasions, they have my seal of approval. Im not sure if they are a dealership, or somehow affiliated with one, the actual name of the shop is B.C. Imports. Anyway, they usually have good prices, and they have always managed to get me what I want in one piece....which is a bonus.
