5-spd trans PM

I got my '04 SXT with a 5-spd... I'm looking to flush it out and replace the fluid in the trans... what's the best thing I should throw in it (reliability/performance)?

Mopar tranny fluid only!

go with a full sythetic. i recommend amsoil, but redline or royal purple will work as well.

Why, what's wrong with Mopar fluid?

Would it be safe to say that the Royal Purple or AMSOil may be a slightly better choice than the OEM Mopar stuff? I figure my car came with Mopar in it, and when it's cold out I definitely can feel a big fluid difference in the tranny... BTW, would that be ATF+4?
