Sunfire 2000 Stub Axle Carrier?

Hello,

I had to change my break pads and rotors. I noticed that one of the screws that holds the entire 'mount' on the rotor is no good. It basically doesn't hold as the thread (on both ends) is rusted out. I read in another car book that the part that needs replacing is stub axle carrier. And I also realize that these 2 screws is what makes the car stop because otherwise the 'clamp' would be lose. And it is very slightly moving actually.

Anyone ever work with this? I don't know enough to do this myself so I'm gonna go to the mechanic to get this done. I just need to know how much the stub axle carrier would cost?
and labour, I imagine it to be rather simple work, maybe an hour of labour or so.

Any ideas on how much this will cost me?
