I have a 95' passat that will start right up no problem, but if you let it warm up a little and turn it off, then it won't start unless you play with the gas pedal, but even then it is damn hard to get it to start. I have replaced the fuel filter, I can hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on, I hooked a fuel pressure gauge up and it gets between 50 - 60 PSI while running. It will hold pressure when the car is turned off, and will continue to hold pressure while trying to re-start the engine. If I let it sit for a day, it will fire right up again. Anybody have a clue what could be wrong???
