cup holders!!!

i know they must sell these universal style cup holders that connect to the vents on the dash. anyone know where i can find them? definitely not interested in any cup holders that can only be purchased in japan.. unless they're cheap and easy to get.

here are a few P10 interior shots to give you a good idea of what i'm talking about.

I was interested in some cupholders myself. I found this shop by my area that carries them. They also have an online store. They are called Island Motorsports. Here is a link to the cupholders they have:

I got a used in-dash cupholder for the early 90's Sentra for $10 and popped it in my dash with a 1/2 DIN equalizer and it looks factory stock. Infiniti makes one for $100 that does the same thing, but it completely fills the opening, no room for my EQ.

I'll try and take some pics this weekend if you guys are interested.
Installation is easy too, just need a couple of 1" spacers from the hardware store.

It is designed to hold a couple of Cokes, sorry you 7-11 Big Gulp guys are out of luck...

Has anyone tried a '91-'94 SE-R or '91-'93 NX2000 cup holder in there dash? I have been thinking about it. Wanted to see if it was an easy install and how hard it was to cut the lower tray in half to make the 1/2 din cupholder work but still look factory.

If anyone has done this can they post a pic of the done deal?

Thanks!

Sure I'll post a pic this weekend, or I can try to take one in my garage tonight.

Ok, here's some pics of my cupholder. The pics are pretty grainy but you can get the idea. The cupholder fits just above the ash tray and below my 1/2 DIN eq/crossover. It is fully retracted into the dash here. Looks very factory stock.

Here's a pic with the cup holder pulled out. A metal bracket pops down below to hold the cup/cans up and there are two metal thingies that can flip up or down for thinner sized cans (Red Bull sized cans)

Hey A380Driver, I am sure they sell that type of beer at you local grocery store or carry out. Heh!

Actually, that is the stock cup holder for the '91-93 NX and '91-94 Sentra's. Same one I had in my old NX.

aluke000, how much did that cost you? Did you get it new or used?

Thanks for the pics. Looks great!
