The clear plastic cover for instrument cluster has white dots on it like small specks. I presume from cooked on overspray from amor all and such. I have tried windex, the dishwasher and such to no avail. Is there another way to clean it off without damaging the plastic? Maybe an extremely fine grain of sandpaper?
These spots are driving me crazy. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. John

Re: Need suggestions please.
A really fine rubbing compound will work. I did this for the taillights on the Firebird at one time and it made them really clear and flawless looking again.
