1997 turnsignals

hey, help is needed!! My turnsignals are not working right. the front two flash really slow and the back are flashing too fast. neither right or left arrows show up on my dash i have checked bulbs and fuses but i cant find the flasher and i was wondering if it might be ground wire loose. thanks.

Welcome to AF.

What does it do when you turn the hazard warning flasher on?

Possibility of the hazard warning switch, multifunction switch or even an Instrument Panel (IP) problem. It doesn't sound like the flasher relay is the problem.
