Angry 2001 pontiac bonneville window/locks problem

hey there,
thanks for your assistance in advance. i went to go get my windows tinted, got
a call and was told they couldnt finish because all the windows stopped working
i got there, they have two windows left to do. they suspected the master switch went bad, however, none of the windows work on their separate switches, the power locks dont work w/ or w/o the fob, and the courtesy lights do not come on when you open the door, and the radio wont shut off when you open the door to get out. it times out eventually. i have checked all the fuses under the hood, and under the rear seat, i have disconnected the battery in its entirety for a half hour, and nothing. i have pulled all the relays and the circuit breakers. and nothing. this is starting to make me think of a computer issue or something. but dont know which one of the three that control the interior componants it could be
