hi-beam problem

ever since i screwed up my voltage distributor i dont have hi-beams on my passenger side i bought new bulbs and everything thinking that they were bad is there a short/melted wire somewhere? or something else?? or is it like a burnt out relay?

i cant get it inspected cause of that and it ran out on apr 30th

Check the owners manual for fuses. If not mistaken, I believe there are separate fuses for passenger side/drivers side. I KNOW some cars do, I've diagnosed many elcectrical problems for customers before, but I don't recall if the Prix's wiring diagrams. But anyways, check for a fuse first.
