'00 Civic EX Check Engine Light
I adjusted the idle (up) on my 2000 Civic EX yesterday and now the check engine light has come on. Any ideas why that would happen?
I'll check the codes when I get home today, but wondered if anyone has had a similar experience after adjusting the idle...

I've never thrown a code while adjusting the idle.
Figure out what code it is then get back to us.

Couldn't figure out how to find the code, however; I did find the problem. Three of the four spark plugs were BACKED OUT at least a full turn! I torqued them down and problem was solved!! Unbelieveable....
