What!?!

You can get them at Wal-Mart for about ten bucks...
Just select the right make & year...

You may want to buy an adaptor kit, that does cost $50, to keep your on-star and door chimes, but you don't need to get it if you don't care...

I believe in 2002, "somebody" thought it would be a good idea to integrate the door chimes and on-star into the stereo system to save a few bucks, the cheap bastards have made it even more difficult to install aftermarket stereos.

Re: 2004 Stereo Wiring

I'm not sure about yours, but in my 2000 I had the option to buy this harness it was $150 or this other harness for $20 and it sub-located my stock radio, I mounted mine under the rear dash in the trunk, and that is because the BCM goes through the radio for some reason. it's only 4 or 5 wires that run to the stock radio then the rest are under the dash for your aftermarket radio to hook up to. Email me at [email protected] if you need any extra help without doing a thousand threads.
