95 civic ex ECU problem
I have a 95 civic ex. The spedometer works randomly. I replaced the Speed sensor and speedometer. The speedometer still does not work. The engine also does not seem to have a lot of power and shifts at high revs. Per the manual my problem is pointing to the ECU but since I don't have a spare lying around is there any other way to definitly check?
