Auto Transmission swap with Rodeo transmission
Hello
Does anybody knows if it is possible to put a Rodeo auto transmission on a 94 3.2L Trooper?

Sure. The 4L30E will interchange between the rodeo and trooper. Just make sure the wiring connectors are the same. There are some wiring changes on the 4L30E for isuzus between ~1993-2004.
