test pipe or no??

should i replace my magnaflow convertor with a testpipe? i dont care about e checks or enything i just did mine soo i have 2 years on it would it make it louder and increase my speed at all??

You will probably lose gas mileage and lose low end torque.A non-pellet type converter isnt very restrictive anyway.Disconnect the pipe behind the converter,and listen to how loud it is.The converter contributes little to restriction/flow/baffling of the exhaust.

If for whatever reason they check the exhaust and find no cat you'll be out of a car
