need some new tires...

well...it's time for some new tires, i'm looking for 225/55 16's or as small as 225/50, here's what i've been looking at
Kumho ECSTA ASX 225/50zr16 - Kumho ECSTA HP4 225/55r16 - Kumho Solus Hp4 225/55r16
does anyone have any advice or experience with those tires or can suggest some better ones within a reasonable price? thanks!

oh yeah....i need tires that i won't stand a good chance of dying because of every time it rains
EDIT: what about nitto nt 450's? what would be better, now it has 235/55's, to go 225/50 or 225/55? thanks!

if you get the rain tires, make sure they are put on the right way. When I got my camaro half the wheels had the water grooves going the wrong direction .

haha, thanks for the tip, i need tires that will be okay in the rain, i'd had to think i'm going to die every time it rains!

other than check the direction I have no other advice. I haven't had to buy tires for my 4th gen yet, or my old 3rd gen for that matter either... it had new tires on it when I bought it, and I didn't keep it that long.

i've got goodyear eagle gt2's or something like that now, they were on the car at around 15k miles on the car when i bought it, has 85,xxx now, 70k miles on them, time for some new ones i believe...i really like the toyo t1-s but would like some other opinions before i go buy them

If you want rain tires get the Eagle F1's... they dont last long but they're sweet on water..

The Kumho ASX tires are great. Got some on my car right now and they work great during rain.

i went today to order the kumho asx tires and they said that it would take a month to get them in even though they have the exact ones i need on display...god damn sears

good thought, i'm really starting to think i want the toyo's now though, and i'm trying to keep from having to have them shipped, it's expensive having them shipped
