95 Galant Tranny Problems

Hello

I am having some trouble with a 95 Galant Tranny(yeah I know big surprise)

It will not go into any gear. When I put the shifter into drive or reverse, or any gear, it does nothing. It does not feel like it is engaging at all.

There is no check engine light on.

I do not know the history of the car but the tranny fluid looks ok and is full.

Any ideas anyone?

Re: 95 Galant Tranny Problems

Im told this is probably a torque converter problem. I have an extra one around here and Im going to have my mechanic try it.
