Diesel engine Rattle

Hi,

I have a 1985 Pug205 GLD with a 1.8L Diesel engine. It worked sweet till a month ago then all of a sudden when I start it up in the morning, it started to rattle like hell until it gets heated. I changed the diesel pump & all the heaters but still no luck.

Anyone has any idea what I might have wrong
