Question From A Friend

A friend of mine has a '89 celica gt, i told him that i remember hearing that the 3s-fe is a strong engine, but i wanted to make sure, so, how does it stand up?

3S-Fe a strong engine? where did you heard that from? 3S-GE is the better one...
