same size tires?
on vr4 all 4 tires must be same size or the rear tire can be wider?

They should technically all be the same size. Some people do run different tire setups, but it isn't technically recommended.

They have the be the same diameter or circumerference. Width doesnt matter.

A few "bolt on" mods, a couple "cut, smash, hammer, weld, etc" mods, and a couple "why the hell do I need this/what the hell is this" weight reductions.
