Something new about the venture sliding door

my venture pwr sliding door makes a click sound but does not open. what can i do to make my pwr sliding door work?

Well, we received a recall notice pertaining to the sliding doors. Our passenger side door wanted to open and clicked as if it were going to. Call Chevy or go to your dealer they will fix this free of charge as it is recalled by GM.
