i was browsing through HLJ when i found this. any info on it? says it cost $210!

Considering it's a redone Enzo, it's not exactly difficult to make one from an Enzo kit.

true, but i was surprised none the less.

it might be a redone enzo, but it's fujimi.

It's one of the resin kits Fujimi puts out, like that weird car they sold for a while, and the Autobacs Graiya (which should be plastic!) and some old Skyline. For $210, I think it'd be more sensible to do the work yourself, especially with Fujimi's notoriously bad resin abilities.

yea, considering i've spent something like $400 in the last two weeks, i think i'll give this one a miss.

Do yourself? Well, you'll pretty much need to make the whole body. I suppose you won't have to change the windshiled and the pillars (too much), can't think of anything else that's shared at all.

It's highly unlikely that Fujimi made that MC12 kit, they're just selling them. I'd love to be able to afford one.

to build the MC12 you can use the Enzo, that is exactly, what www.automobilminiaturen.de did to produce a body for a 1:24 slot car. And, he told me, IT IS difficult and he spent an enormous amount of hours just on the body .

Why do we get Ferrari after frickin' Ferrari released in styrene but never any Maseratis, Aston Martins or modern Jaguars? Just a random thought.

it's probably licensing issues. Aston isn't as big as ferrari and comparing a F430 to a DB9 i'd say the DB9 has a higher prestige, if they asked i'd imagine the model compaines weren't willing to spend that much. who knows.
