Unhappy Cracked Oil Pan. How to replace?

I ran over a rock and cracked my oil pan.
Do you know if I have to take the engine out in order to replace the oil pan?

It's a F-350 Powerstroke 7.3L Diesel.

Yes, there is no way to replace the pan w/o pulling the engine.

Thanks for the reply.
Do I have to pull the engine out completely or just enough to clear the cross member??

Re: Cracked Oil Pan. How to replace?

Out completely, the pan is sealed with "gray" sealant, and not a gasket, so there is simply NO WAY to remove it w/o having the whole thing out.
