Mazda3 A/C

Any owners with the 2004 and 2005 feel that their A/C is "weak", not really cooling the car during very hot sunny humid days.
Any owners with the 2006 feel their A/C is "OK"

Re: Mazda3 A/C

There is a Technical Service Bulletin out for certain Mazda 3 with ac cooling
issue. You should take it to your local Mazda dealer if it is still under warrenty.
What they do is install a plastic diffuser that slow the air down allowing the air to be chilled even more by the ac evaporator core. Average the air from your center vent would be cooled to around 43-50 degree depend on temp and humidity.

The TBS is for only 2004 models, the 2005 already have the difuser plate which still does very little to help..
