which make is it? is it the Tamiya Snap-lock flat-nose or the Fujimi one? I've been looking for one for ages... it's a sweet car... and what kind of blue is it?

Tamiya Porsche 911 Flatnose

It's Tamiya and the color is Pactra R/C Colors Metallic Blue. Use a good primer befor you paint with R/C paints because they're strong and will etch the model. Thanks for the support guys! I stopped going to my local model car club because they seem to have a "preferably domestic" point of view. I appreciate all of your comments, good and bad. It's nice to hear some good ones sometime! :flash:

I used to frequent www.iloveracing.com but they have a tie-in with their online store (which charges way too much) and they don't like it when you mention other online hobby stores. Personally, I'll shop wherever I can get what I need at the best price/quality. I like "American" cars also but my favorite category is "Imports".

Outside shot

Please excuse my poor photography skills. I have a cheap camera. I'll have better shots on my website when I get a chance.

Just a idea......have you thought about painting the rims in a gold??
Might set it off better.
