Air Bag Light
I have a 94 Altima. I took it in to the shop to have my PCV Valve replaced & PCV sytem cleaned & an oil change. When I picked it up from the shop, I noticed that the air bag light is acting up. It comes on for about 10 seconds, goes off for about 10 seconds, than comes back on & it keep repeating the same process over & over again. I don't believe the shop messaged anything up, as much as it just happened to start acting up at the time I got it back. My question is, does anyone have any ideas what could cause the light to keep flashing on & off.

Re: Air Bag Light
Your Air Bag System is in Self Diag. It's Fairly easy to take care of.
Open your Drivers Door. Key in Ignition, Turn the key to the On position , As soon as you do that you have 5 to 10 seconds to push the door pin switch in and out 7 times. After you have done it , Start the vech and Wait to see if you got it out of diag mode. It May Take you 2 ro 3 times to get it .. GL

Thanks for the reply. I just got done trying it out, and it appeared to take care of the problem. I'm not sure how it gets in a self diag mode & not get out of it on its own, however anytime I can take care of a problem myself & save the money I'm not going to complain, so thanks for the help.
