oil sandwitch plates

i have seen these things on ebay for turbo return lines, i have seen them on ebay, i understand that i can just tap the pan for the oil return but i would like to get as much info on this as i can because it would save me alot of time if i can just go this way?? but what i really want to know is do these flow as well as if i just ran it to the pan?? i do not want to spend money on these if they do not work as good??? any info on these would be greatly helpfull to me and my turbo kit

I have seen them on eBay before, but out of all the boosted neons I have seen or know, none of them use it. I'd stick with tapping into the oil pan to be safe!
