what all do i need to do a drum to disc conversion on a 91 dx civic hatchback. if anyone can give a parts list please do

I bought a 91 teg rear control arm and it all fit perfect...just put in new rotors and pads, reused old brake lines and ebrake cable and flushed the brake fluid...fits like a glove. I have a 88 dx hatchback
