Nothing happens with key turned

Whit key turned on, nothing happens to 2002 Corolla. Even with a jump cable. It seems that there is no eletricity running because there are also no lights. I wonder whether there is a switch accidentally turned off. Any helps appreciated.

A loose wire: The small one out of the possitive battery post -along the big one going to the starter.
