Question Replacing rotors and pads on 00 Rodeo... DIY job?

Anyone on the board replaced the rotors and pads on their Rodeo??
I have a quote for $500.00 for front rotors and pads and rear pads with rotors turned.
They are telling me it is quite a job to remove the hubs...
How hard could it be??

Opinions???
Thanks!
If anyone has a link to a write-up on the process that would be great!

Went ahead and tackled the project myself...
$110.00 in parts and 5hours time (think I could do it in 2-3 next time).

A good torque wrench and a set of metric hex-end drivers are mandatory for this project.
BTW... The hubs and rotors were a piece of cake to remove!

Re: Replacing rotors and pads on 00 Rodeo... DIY job?

Glad you got it figured out. I dont know where they get $500. Its not a very tough job to do. The hardest part for me on my '99 was gettin my m'cycle running to take the rotors to be turned. Had a hard time finding somone to do the rear ones, nobody had an adapter big enough. Finally went to havana auto parts (napa) and they got it done.
