94 jetta power windows

On my jetta, none of my windows work except for the driver. Earlier this morning I tried to start it up. The battery was dead. But something very odd happened. While I was trying to start it, both driver side windows went down. So I bought a new battery. Now I can't get the rear driver side window to go back up I know jetta has window regulator issues, but since it went down, I'm begginning to think that my not be a issue. I heard there is some kind of window cutout, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions?
