Difference between Quad4 and regular 2.4?

What are the differences in the quad4 motor and a regular 2.4 twin cam motor? Or are they the same just different valve cover? I have no idea.
Sucks living in the 2.2 world.

displacement is different, too.

and if memory serves the Quad 4 had no balance shafts and the Twin Cam does, which accounts for the lowered redline as the balance shafts spind at twice the engine RPM.
