Intake Air Duct

This is embarassing and I never thought I'd have to ask this but here it goes. I am trying to take off my air intake hose so I took off the clamp and tried to take off the hose but it wouldn't come off. How do I take it off please I need clear directions.

Re: Intake Air Duct

I had to remove mine to get to the air filter, and you just have to really pull on it....you might try sliding a small screwdriver under the rubber to "unseal" it from the throttle body....good luck, glen

Re: Intake Air Duct

It's a bit tricky and you have to pull it hard, but don't brake anything.
Or you can use some screw driver to get it off.

Did you unscrew both clamps or just one??
It would help you out if you unscrew both clamps and take those two connectors out fromt the top of the hose.
It would be much easier for you.

Have done mine today that way.

Hope this help.

Sincerely,

Dino K
