Flimsy Roof?
I have a 2002 Expo and from an extensive investigation I have founhd that it was wrecked in the front at some point. But, when I cruise down the highway, (mostly), if I hit the slightest bump on the road I will get a loud BOOM on the roof. Is there any support missing or is this normal becuase of the overhead airvents or is anybody else having, had, or heard of this problem.

Re: Flimsy Roof?
If you have a sunroof it is possibly a molded bar that moves with the glass and the visor. This breaks loose and rattles around in the roof. This bar moves rain leaking from the sun roof to the outer edges so it will drain. Further when you open the sunroof it moves the sun visor back with the roof.
