Hanging on for Z-34
Son just bought a '92 Z-34, 230,000 km...C$450. Body not bad at all...but I'm somewhat suspicious of that engine.?!? On the road test, it revved normally...I think., but the rev limiter in neutral operates at 3400 rpm...isn't that low?
According to previous owner, timing belt is 6 year old...does someone have a precise step by step operation to replace that aor a new...? I guess I will be asking a few questions here within a short time. Z-34 buffs....hang on....

Re: Hanging on for Z-34
It's an involved proceedure, so a repair manual is a must. As far as the rev limiter, that's about right. In neutral, it will kick in at 4k, give or take a few hundred rpm's.
