I have a 2003 6 cylinder manual jetta. The temperature gauge always seems to stay on cold. On the days it does move, it moves to the center briefly and then moves back to cold.Is there something wrong with the gauge? Is this something I need to get fixed immediately or can it wait a month or so?

Re: temperature gauge problems
Did you ever get this fixed? My 2002 1.8T is having the same problem. Curious on the difficulty/cost of getting this taken care of.
