another saturn gone

here are some pictures from yesterdays events. to make a long story short, i was heading to lowes to pick up some stuff to put a door panel back together, got to the intersection in front of lowes and out of nowhere saw a white blur and had a split second to ram my brakes but resulted in this........

this accident wasnt my fault. my car looks like it got more damage but because it was hit dead center where there isnt much to hold back an impact. hers did get some good damage too, although you cant really tell.

Re: another saturn gone

yea dealing with insurance is always fun was your hood made out of metal cause i didn't know plastic could crunch up like that with out (snapping like your front bumpber). was that the chick that hit you?

Re: another saturn gone

no the hoods, roof (sl and sc's), and trunk lids were made of metal.

yes that was the girl who hit me. but insurance was taken care of promptly. got a good settlement on the car. more then i expected and im buying the car back so i can strip it and build a new car, and hopefully have enough (with plenty left over) to boost the car. hopefully it will be a fun time. just dont know how to get the car back out of garage without wheels or practically have anything on it.
