How about 1318 ??? I don't see a 1381,, 1318 is low battery power to the abs system, it requires some specialized equipment like the breakout box, in order to test circuits... as usual, first check out as much as you can visually, maybe a connector is loose or a bad ground.

I've seen 1318 be set by a battery being disconnected and from a weak battery causing a larger than normal voltage drop while cranking.
