turbo for v6 stang?

my friend has a 99 5spd v6 stang, he wanted some type of forced induction... I'm wondering if anyone can point me in a direction of a turbo(or twin turbo) kit. Thanx.

Go to http://www.corral.net and head to the tech section. You should find all the info you need.

Is there enough room to bolt on a turbo in the 99's...The guys over on corral won't really answer your question like they will here

If you do you homework, and ask a technical question I find that the corral guys will answer the question.

As for turbos on the 99 I do not know of any kits, of course you can fabricate anything. I do know they have superchargers (VORTECH) that will. Easy to install and lots o fun.

TDC is the only place making Turbo Kits for the 4.6 engine found in 96 and up stangs, and they are the only ones making turbos for the 3.8 commonly found in the LX stangs on those years. However those kits are alot more expensive than a typical supercharger. There are two ways to go about it really, buy the kit from TDC or just the kit without the turbo and buy the turbo direct from a retailer or off ebay, and your second choice is to buy a turbo wherever and have the kit fabricated custom to the vehicle. If your buddy needs just the turbo, I have one for sale, check out my for sale post. and if you have any more questions, email me direct.

turbo? how about supercharging it?

vortech makes a superchage kit for the v6 stangs. costs about 3k and a lot of work though.
