Re: Center light leaks

Put a bead of silicone around the seams.

Re: Center light leaks

My back right taillight leaks. There is always moisture in there. Not sure why....never messed with it at all, it's not a huge deal to me.

It will be once it starts shorting stuff out. I drilled a tiny little hole in the bottom corners of each of my taillights and I haven't had any water problems since. (Mine used to fill all the way up with water.)

haha my problem isn't nearly that big...I just notice a layer of moisture on the inside of the lense after it rains or I wash my car or something. It's been like that pretty much since I've owned the car, and nothing has gone wrong...yet. I will eventually get bored enough and take it apart sometime and figure out why the hell it fills with moisture so easily, but right now I'm swamped with classes and general being lazy.

Re: Center light leaks

Pull out the center piece and you will see the underside how it is. Like, from the side view, go in the middle on the corner of each side so no matter how the car is setting it will drain out... Its hard to explain... I wish I had a picture... Ummm here lemme try this...

side.................back

Put the holes on each side of the back view but in the middle like the side view... Make sense? lol I hope it does. (Ignore the periods, I needed them for it to appear correctly. For some reason AF posts hate spaces. lol)
