98 Civic Oem Radio Question
I HAVE A 98 CIVIC OEM AM/FM GOT IN CAR STARTED IT RADIO BLASTED HAD NO CONTROLS OF IT AT ALL. PULLED FUSE LET SET FOR 30SEC PUT BACK IN, NOW IT HAS VERY LOW VOLUME AND IS ON VERY FIRST FREQ. ANY IDEAS??

low noise with a scratchy sound right? if that is the case then it's a new unit that will solve the problem.
